Pay per head, only for what you use

HR Malaysia is one module. Everyone on payroll is billed at the rate of your headcount band, so the rate drops as you grow.

RM270 RM9 per head a month Band: 26 to 50 staff

Pay by bank transfer today. FPX through toyyibPay and senangPay is planned.

Other modules will each have one monthly price, whatever your headcount, set when they leave development.

The whole headcount is billed at one band rate, and a bigger team never pays less than a smaller one. Staff count is taken from active payroll records each month.

Made for how Malaysian companies work

Built around the places where payroll and attendance usually go wrong: many sites, shift work and a changing headcount.

F&B with many outlets

Staff clock in at the outlet they are standing in, with leave and claims handled per outlet.

Central kitchens

Shift work, overtime and several crews on one payroll that still reads the tables.

Professional services and contractors

Staff records, claims and appraisal for every team, with statutory filing kept in order.

Retail

Part-time and full-time staff across branches, priced by the headcount you actually have.

Questions

How are EPF, SOCSO and EIS worked out?

From the official contribution tables: KWSP Third Schedule Part A (in force from 1 October 2025), PERKESO Act 4 with LINDUNG 24 applied per employee (mandatory for foreign workers, optional for local employees since 8 July 2026) and PERKESO Act 800 for EIS (from 1 October 2024). Each figure is read from the band the salary falls in, not multiplied by a percentage.

Is PCB exact?

The yearly tax follows the published YA2025 rates. The monthly PCB is shown as an estimate and labelled as one, using each employee's own tax profile.

Is my company's data kept apart from other companies?

Yes. Each company works at its own address and its records are scoped to that company.

What does the trial cost?

Nothing. The 14-day trial covers HR Malaysia and you pay only if you continue.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer today: upload the slip and the payment is approved. FPX through toyyibPay and senangPay is planned.

Which modules can I use now?

HR Malaysia: employees, payroll and statutory, attendance, leave, claims and appraisal. In development: Accounting (MPERS), Sales and receivables, Purchasing and payables and Integrations hub.

Can staff use it on their phones?

Yes. OperaX runs in the phone's browser, so staff can clock in, apply for leave and submit claims from their own phones.
